At ELLIPAL, we stand by the security and quality of our cold storage solutions, offering a 30-day return window for products in their original, tamper-evident packaging. To maintain the highest security standards for all customers, we only accept returns on hardware that has not been initialized or opened.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team via the official portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your ELLIPAL device in its original box, ensuring all seals remain intact and including all original cables and recovery sheets.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, retaining your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Security Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's tamper-evident seals and hardware integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
